Uskomatonta mutta totta, ollaan oltu täällä jo kuukausi! Ja selvitty näinkin hengissä. Takana on lukuisat pyöräretket, vatsavaivat, uudet ihmiset, herkkuruoat, yksi taifuuni ja moninaiset kulttuuriset kokemukset. Edessä on varmasti lisää noita edellä mainittuja sekä hiukan aurinkoa ja muita positiivisia juttuja, innolla odotamme!
Pala kulttuurista kokemustamme oli teatteri Kielletyn kaupungin muurien sisäpuolella. Ylläolevasta videosta voitte hieman makustella teatterin iki-aikaista ja värikästä maailmaa. Esityksen aikana näimme kahden lohikäärmeen rakkauden tuotoksen syntymän, sekä viuhka- että lyhtytanssin. Kaikki tämä muikealla, perinteisellä musiikilla maustettuna, nykypäivän vietnamilaisten esittämänä. Parhautta kerrakseen!
Unbeliavable yet true that our first month has already passed and we´ve survived fairly well! We´ve had varying experiences on our bikes, with food, some stomach aches, one typhoon, new people and culture. There will be plenty of those in the coming months, as well as sunshine and other positive things. Looking forward to the rest of our time here in Vietnam nam nam!
The video clip is from a theater we went into in the Forbidden City. Show consisted of a unicorn birth, fan dance, and a lantern dance. All traditional music was played by modern vietnamese people with traditional instruments. It was an experience indeed! And a bit hilarious too. (Meaning the not so excited faces at times..)
