How to get a visa to Vietnam and hmm, do I really need one?

To enter Vietnam you need a visa, at least if you are planning to stay there,legally,for over three months and then return back to your home country.

Basically: you get the application papers from their website (or from the embassy, if you like), get a decent picture of yourself, attach it to the application, get your passport and the application to the embassy (placed at the center of Helsinki, Aleksanterinkatu 15 A, 5th floor) and wait.


We went there on Thursday and got our visas on next Monday, so it was pretty fast and painless. Plus the lady there was nice to us :)
